Rudis Adds English Muffins to Organic Baking

Boulder, Colo.-based Rudi’s Organic Bakery has launched a line of USDA-certified organic English muffins to its portfolio of organic baked goods. The english muffins are available in Whole Grain Wheat, Multigrain with Flax and Spelt.

Victoria Hartman, vice president of sales and marketing for Rudi’s Organic Bakery said, “We are pleased to add another versatile, healthful product to our portfolio of top-selling breads, buns and tortillas. Made with premium organic ingredients and whole grains, Rudi’s has mastered the art fusing wholesome nutrition with mouth-watering flavor and freshness.”

The line’s Whole Grain Wheat variety, baked with organic whole wheat, contain 120 calories, 5 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per one-muffin serving. Rudi’s Multigrain with Flax muffins contain
Organic whole wheat, organic rolled oats, organic whole, organic cracked wheat, organic millet and organic flax seeds. Each 130-calorie muffin contains 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber. Rudi’s Organic Spelt English Muffins deliver 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber per 120-calorie single-muffin serving.
