"These latest changes mark a new era for Bruegger's," said James Greco, chief executive officer, Bruegger's Enterprises. "We look forward to the continued success of our expansion in Tennessee."

The new store also features an expanded menu and a remodeled interior design. Hearth breads, tossed salads and new sandwich varieties were added to the product line. The interior design is based on the "feel of a rustic, New England kitchen," which includes booth-style seating, hardwood flooring and new menu boards.
