Thomas Keller, owner of Bouchon Bakery, is opening his second New York location next spring in Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan. The new 4,000-sq.-ft. bakery will sell traditional French bakery items, such as macarons, viennoiserie, pastries and breads, as well as soups, salads and sandwiches. Sebastien Rouxel, executive pastry chef for the restauant group, will oversee the new bakery’s pastry menu.

Bouchon Bakery also has locations in Yountville, Calif., and Las Vegas. The bakeries are part of Keller’s restaurant group, which includes The French Laundry, Per Se, Ad Hoc and Bouchon.
