Europain and Intersuc will once again team up with SuccessFood for Europain 2014, which takes place March 8-12 in Paris.
Building on the success of the 2012 exhibition, Europain and Intersuc will once again team up with SuccessFood for Europain 2014, a global event for baking, pastry, chocolate, confectionary and ice cream professionals.
The event takes place March 8-12 at Paris-Norde Villepinte France. Highlights of 2014 Europain and the SuccessFood exhibition include:
- The Innovations Area, which will spotlight innovative products and equipment;
- The Road to Success, which will display concepts for retailers and new product ideas;
- The Cube, a cube-shaped exhibition that will house competitions such as the Mondial des Arts Sucres and Bocuse d’Or France; and
- Masters de la Boulangerie, which will give the top competitors from each category of the Coupe Louis Lesaffre and Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie the chance to compete individually for the title of Master Baker.
Europain 2012 had 82,690 visitors from more than 143 countries, an increase of 7.2 percent compared to the 2010 event.
