Flavor Right Foods specializes in non-dairy icings and fillings.

Instantwhip Foods Inc., a Columbus, Ohio-based franchisor of food manufacturing and distributing companies, completed the divestiture of its subsidiaries Flavor Right Foods Northwest Inc. and Flavor Right Foods Group Inc.

Phoenix-based Flavor Right Foods Group, along with participating Flavor Right companies throughout the United States, produce a variety of products for the bakery and foodservice industries, including pre-whipped and ready to whip non-dairy icing and filling, ready-to-use and concentrated dessert and pastry toppings, aerosol whipped cream and topping, dairy and non-dairy coffee creamers, dessert and pastry topping packed in a pre-filled pastry bag, and freeze-thaw stable whipping cream.

Flavor Right manufacturing facilities are located in Bethlehem, Pa.; Phoenix; San Antonio; Oakland, Calif. and Tampa, Fla. The Flavor Right companies also have sales offices in Mexico City and Los Angeles. Art Groscost, chairman of the board, and Douglas Smith, C.E.O., will lead the Flavor Right companies.
