Frederick’s Pastries, Amherst, N.H., has been selected by the readers of The Cabinet newspaper as Best of Souhegan Valley: Bakery. The annual reader-selected awards are given out for favorite places to eat and shop, favorite professional services and businesses to work with in the Souhegan Valley.
“We are excited to receive this award again this year!” said Susan Lozier Robert, proprietor of Frederick’s Pastries, in a press release. “The Souhegan Valley is a terrific place to be in business and we have the benefit of being part of this close community.”
Founded by former Nashua High culinary arts instructor Frederick Lozier, Frederick’s Pastries is known for special occasion and wedding cakes, European tortes and pastries. The bakery has three locations: Amherst, Bedford, N.H., and North Andover, Mass.
