General Mills, Minneapolis, was ranked third in Corporate Responsibility magazine's list of “100 Best Corporate Citizens” for 2010.
“General Mills strives to be one the most socially responsible consumer food companies in the world, and we're proud to be named one of the best 100 best corporate citizens for 2010,” said Ken Powell, chairman and C.E.O. of General Mills. “Each step we take across our businesses, big or small, advances our mission of nourishing lives.”

General Mills was ranked No. 1 in corporate governance, second in employee relations, 14th in environment and 18th in philanthropy.
