General Mills has named David Dudick president of General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice business segment, succeeding John Machuzick who is retiring from a 34-year career with General Mills on Aug. 1.
Dudick brings more than 30 years of experience with General Mills to his new role, most recently as senior vice president of sales for U.S. channels, leading the company’s business with supercenters, drug and discount, club, and dollar stores. He earned a BA from Wilkes University and a master’s degree from St. Joseph’s University, as well as a law degree from Temple University.
“I look forward to leading the continued expansion of General Mills’ great brand portfolio in away-from-home channels,” Dudick said in a press release. “We will continue to leverage the division’s cross-functional expertise and world-class capabilities to add value for our customers.”
