Hoppener joins Tradition Fine Foods

Allan Hoppener has joined Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. as director of sales. Allan is charged with overseeing the sales department, handling new business and overseeing strategic objectives.

He joins Tradition Fine Foods from flavor and oil producer Cedarome Canada Inc., where he was sales manager. He has been in the food industry for more than 25 years.

Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. is the leader in "thaw and serve" baking technology. Founded in 1982, Tradition continues to be family owned and managed. For almost 30 years, Tradition has been the supplier of choice to retail, foodservice and multinational co-packers.
