Not content to let his twilight years pass him by, former CNN talk show host Larry King has announced his newest career venture: bagels.

The legendary interviewer has signed on as the spokesman and business partner of The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co., a quickservice restaurant chain that uses Brooklynized™ water to produce and prepare all food and beverages served at its locations. New York City has been hailed for its water because it is one of only five large cities in the United States not required to filter its water. Many claim the water imparts a special quality to food made with it, including bagels. The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co., headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla., claims to have the technology responsible for New York’s famous water.

In his new role, King, a Brooklyn native, will assist the company in franchise growth and international development, as well as being its pitchman.
