The desserts manufacturer posted record-breaking sales for November 2012, helped in large part by growing international sales.
Dessert manufacturer Love and Quiches Desserts announced record-breaking sales for November 2012, up 40 percent over November 2011.
Andrew Axelrod, president of Love and Quiches, said he expects fourth quarter 2012 sales results to be more than 20 percent above Q4 2011 sales. “We’re having a record year in our forty years in business,” Axelrod said in a press release. “We’re excited about it.”
Much of the company’s growth is due to rising international sales, which have been trending up for the last several years. To date, 2012 international sales were up 25 percent over 2011 sales. Love and Quiches’ international business has been increasing both in foodservice and retail food channels, as the company ships its New York-style cheesecake as far as Dubai and Tokyo.
Axelrod credits the entire staff of Love and Quiches for the company's 2012 performance. “They provide the taste, quality and consistency that delight our customers,” he added.
