Michael and Cheryl Manni operate two LaSalle Bakery locations in Providence, R.I. For the past two years, they have been devoted to finding the best methods to efficiently run their business. They have hired a business consultant who worked with them to revamp the management structure and develop a succession plan, and hired a marketing firm to help strengthen the bakery’s brand.
