New members join In-store Editorial Advisory Council
Modern Baking recently tapped four new members for its In-store Editorial Advisory Council. New members are Tammy Kampsula, business director, bakery, United Supermarkets, Plano, Texas; Roland Krueger, bakery director, Buehler's Food Markets, Wooster, Ohio; Mike Lamontagne, manager, deli/bakery/HMS, Food Lion's Bloom, Salisbury, N.C.; and Sean Snoznik, bakery merchandising manager, Giant Eagle Market District, Pittsburgh, Pa. The council began in 2002 to help advise Modern Baking editors on some of the intricacies of the supermarket in-store bakery market. As leaders in their field, In-store Editorial Advisory Council members are on the front line every day dealing with the critical issues facing the industry. Other continuing members on the board include Sue McConnaha, Costco Wholesale; Bill Mihu, Schnuck Markets; Jeffrey Naaman, formerly of Strack & Van Til; and Steve Schulte, Whole Foods Market.
