Dana Rafferty, CFSP, was appointed director of sales, Chicago Metallic, Humboldt, Tenn. She joins the sales team after a lifetime of employment in the foodservice industry, most recently as director of U.S. sales for the Garland Group. Rafferty also was director of Cecilware Corp. and president and C.E.O. of Dana-Lu imports, Saeco USA, Saquella USA and Blickman Supply Co. She sits on the board of directors for NAFEM.

The Wisconsin Bakers Association, West Allis, Wis., announced its newly elected board members to serve for the 2009-2010 term. FSB Holdings Inc. named Jim Clough president of Pennant Foods, Itasca, Ill. He has 20 years of management experience in the food industry, working across multiple channels including foodservice, in-store bakery, industrial and retail. He most recently led the foodservice division of Menu Inspirations, a subsidiary of H.J. Heinz, and served as general manager of ConAgra Foodservice-Frozen & Shelf Stable division.

Piper Products, Wausau, Wis., appointed product specialist Tom Gatschet to the sales team. He has experience in the foodservice industry with companies such as Ruby Tuesday, Ecolab and Adamation. Gatschet's most recently served as the western regional sales manager for Steelkor.

Dunkin' Brands, Canton, Mass., appointed Nigel Travis C.E.O. He succeeds Jon Luther, who will remain executive chairman of the board. Most recently, Travis was the president and C.E.O. of Papa John's. Prior to that, he served as C.O.O. of Blockbuster Inc. and as managing director for Burger King, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
