Puratos has launched a new website for professional bakers, patissiers, chocolatiers and food developers, www.puratos.us.
The site contains new ideas, formulas and technologies, news and events and a full tour of Puratos’ market research tool the Sensobus.
Users also will find a My Puratos section, which allows them to personalize their own homepage where they can save favorite information such as formulas and frequent searches. The site also contains a nutrition section that shows how Puratos is approaching health and wellness through new products and concepts.
The site will be updated regularly with recipes, videos and demonstrations.
