Europain 2010 debuts its Rue des Écoles (Row of Schools), a lane of show space designated for continued training and education. The Rue des Écoles brings together instructors from 25 training institutions encompassing every sector represented at the show, including baking and pâtisserie. The program provides training in baking, sales techniques, management and other elements needed to grow bakery businesses.
