The Sprinkles ATM is on its way to Houston, according to a report in Houston Business Journal.
The California-based cupcake shop is expanding its 24-hour cupcake vending machine to most of the cities where it currently has brick and mortar stores, said Charles Nelson, who founded the cupcake shop with his wife Candace.
The vending machine holds 600 cupcakes at a time and charges $4 a piece for the fresh cupcakes.
“We have one in Beverly Hills that regularly has hundreds of people waiting in line for it,” he said. “It’s especially popular with the late night crowd.”
The popular Sprinkles ATM has been featured on the TMZ website and was the subject of Jay Leno’s monologue on The Tonight Show.
