Registration is now open for the Southeast Retail Bakers Association (SRBA) 2013 Convention, which takes place April 13-14 at the Hilton Marietta Hotel & Conference Center, Marietta, Ga.
Open to all bakery industry members and culinary students, the show will include eight workshops focused on decorating, baking, marketing and business; two-day access to the convention floor, with products available for immediate sale; a casual networking dinner; the SRBA Decorating Contest (for prizes and entry to Nationals, which takes place at IBIE 2013); a Baked Goods Contest; and a visit to Stone Mountail Park.
