Europain 2012 debuts the SuccessFood exhibition, which is designed to help the bakery and catering industries track how consumption has changed and how to respond by appealing to all dayparts, offering new products and upgrading shop concepts.
The 10,000-sq.-ft. Rue des Succès, or Success Street, will present best-practice bakery concepts and catering solutions with the goal of offering new ideas that professionals may use for their own projects. Creators of business models will explain and showcase their ideas on the show floor.
