Team USA Wins First Place at the Louis Lesaffre Cup

In Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 29, Mike Zakowski (left), Jeremey Gadouas (center), and Harry Peemoeller (right) from Team USA 2010 were awarded first place for North and Central America in the Louis Lesaffre Cup.

Team USA will now be invited to compete in the 2012 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris. Their teamwork, professionalism, and final products impressed the judges and the crowd, and Guild members were very proud to have them represent the United States. Our congratulations to Harry, Mike, and Jeremey for a job well done!
