Tootie Pie Co. opens second Austin cafe

Tootie Pie Co. has opened its second Tootie Pie Gourmet Cafe in Austin, Texas. With this latest opening, the company now owns and operates six cafés in San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Austin and Frisco, Texas. Another café is under construction in Dallas as well.

"We are excited to be opening another Austin location," Don Merrill, president and CEO said in a press release. "The Village at Westlake is a well established shopping center and we are just a few doors down from one of our best-performing HEB grocery stores."

Tootie Pie, founded in 2004, bakes and sells handmade pies through retail, corporate and wholesale channels.
