Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Wildflower Bread Co. marked its 12th Arizona location with the opening of a store in Arrowhead on Feb. 26, according to azcentral.com.
The newest location employs about 40 people and will follow the same baking schedule and menu as its sister restaurants, which have a total of 600 employees. The store will seat 130 customers inside and 50 outside.
Each store bakes an average of 500 to 600 loaves and rolls every day, with about 17 bread varieties. The menu offers a bread of the month and adds a seasonal item about five times a year.
