1. Pipe the macaron mixture into the desired size. The mixture should not pour out of the bag and will require some pressure.
2. Bake at 300ﾰF (150ﾰC) for 2 minutes with the vent closed and 8 to 9 minutes vent open.
3. Flip the macarons over and coat half of them with ganache.
4. Place another macaron on top of the filling to create a sandwich.
