2008 American Bakery Expo (ABE)
The American Bakery Expo (ABE) was held Sept. 21-23 in Atlantic City, N.J. The show was sponsored by the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), the New York State Association of Manufacturing Retail Bakers Inc., the New Jersey Bakers Board of Trade Inc. and Sigep USA.
Competition cakes from the 2008 Pillsbury Grand Championship at the Retail Bakers of America at the RBA’s eight annual Creative Decorating Competition, held at ABE.

Do you have one of the best retail bakeries in the nation or would like to nominate someone who does? If so, submit your application for Modern Baking's 2012 Retail Bakery of the Year. Applicants will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service.
