1. To create a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer cake, base ice a quarter sheet cake with white icing. Airbrush the top and bottom borders yellow. With tip No. 9 and brown icing, pipe the outline of a reindeer’s head, then fill it in and smooth the icing with a spatula.

With tip No. 9 and brown icing, pipe the outline of a reindeer’s head, then fill it in and smooth the icing wit2. Dab a clean towel over the icing to add texture.3. With tip No. 9, pipe a circle for the deer’s snout. Smooth it with a spatula, and texturize with a clean towel. Using an open coupler or a cut paper tube, add white ovals for the eyes and smooth the icing. Then, pipe a red ball for the nose.4. Use a cut paper tube and an upand- down motion to pipe a green garland under the deer’s head. Add red dots of icing. Pipe dark chocolate antlers with an open coupler. Outline the top of the face with white icing for Santa’s hair, and using an up-and-down motion, pipe the beard. Add a moustache above the beard. Then, accent the ends of the arms with strips of white icing and add a ball at the end of the hat. Pipe two4. Using a v-cut paper tube, pipe two green leaves above one of Santa’s eyes. Then, add a white shell border around the base of the cake; overpipe the border with red dots. Sprinkle the entire cake with clear edible glitter to finish the design.
