The revolving ovenﾒs small footprint has worked well for LaSalleﾒs bakers, however the bakery plans to add a deck oven as well.

Savory breakfast pastries are popular items, such as the spinach feta croissants. Savory croissants also are available in ham and cheese as well as the more traditional chocolate and almond varieties.
