1. On a sugared surface, cut the dough into 5-in. by 5-in. squares.
2. Fold each corner of the square into the center of the pastry.
4. Bake at 350ﾰF for 20 to 25 minutes until dark brown.
3. Place the folded pastry into pans that have been brushed with unsalted butter and dusted with sugar.
