VERNON, Calif. — September 15, 2008 — PWP Industries is pleased to announce it is the recipient of the Supplier of the Year for 2007 award from Bunzl Distribution North America.
Bunzl, a leading supplier of outsourced food packaging, disposable supplies and cleaning and safety products, evaluates vendors based on customer service, logistics, sales representation, responsiveness and overall performance. To be eligible, a vendor must be national in scope and cross several Bunzl business segments.
The award was presented to Ira Maroofian, PWP President and COO and to Joe Hunt, PWP National Account Manager by Bunzl President and CEO, Pat Larmon, and Tom Zatkulak, Bunzl Vice President, Corporate Strategic Sourcing, Mark Brasher, Bunzl President, Eastern Division and Derek Goodin, Bunzl President, Western Division.
