Capway ROBOCAP systems are designed to gently stack, unstack, store and retrieve baking pans. The ROBOCAP system accommodates multiple pan styles and production lines, which simplify the baking process, especially for bakeries that demand high volumes and flexibility. When a production run is entered into the programmable logic controller, the pan handling system picks up the proper pans and sends them to the makeup department.
ROBOCAP pan storage and retrieval systems have been installed in more than 100 bakeries worldwide and 15 bakeries in the United States. With the introduction of the new "Type 1" robot, Capway offers pan storage solutions to small bakers as well as large wholesale plants.
ROBOCAP systems are radically different from conventional systems because they are considerably more gentle on pans and use space more efficiently.
