CSM has promoted Jim Parker to president and CEO of BakeMark USA. Parker has worked at BakeMark for 15 years, most recently as senior vice president of sales and operations.
CSM also announced that Bill Day, former president and CEO of BakeMark USA and BakeMark Canada, has been appointed executive vice president of sales for CSM. Day has been at CSM since 2002.

His industry knowledge, relationships, strong leadership and business acumen will enable effectiveness in his role leading the CSM Bakery Products sales team,” Bret Weaver, president and CEO of CSM Bakery Supplies North America, said in a press release. “Jim’s exceptional distribution experience combined with his intricate knowledge of sales and operations within BakeMark make me certain he will continue to be a success in his new role as president and CEO of BakeMark.”
