Einstein Bros., Golden, Colo., introduced a new menu this month, which includes two unique bagel varieties and specialty sandwich breads. At 352 locations nationwide, the menu features an expanded offering of top-shelf bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, desserts and a new selection of gourmet teas.
Two new top-shelf bagels, the Dutch Apple bagel and the Green Chile bagel, will join the more than 10 varieties of bagels already offered at every restaurant, baked fresh every two hours.
"Our guests recognize Einstein Bros. restaurants as a place to get a fast, fresh and friendly experience with food that's not just your typical made-ahead biscuit sandwich for breakfast or turkey sandwich for lunch," said Paul Murphy, New World CEO.
Continuing to move beyond bagels, Einstein Bros. also introduced new sandwiches served on ciabatta and "rustic white" bread. The Steak and Egg Ranchero is a grilled panini omelet sandwich with shaved sirloin, roasted green chilies and pepper jack cheese on ciabatta. The Cheese Steak Panini features shaved sirloin with roasted garlic horseradish spread, caramelized onions and melted mozzarella and provolone cheese on grilled ciabatta bread.
It also introduced a Grilled Cheese featuring a blend of provolone, cheddar and mozzarella on rustic white bread.
Einstein Bros. is part of the New World restaurant group, which also includes Noah's New York Bagels brands and Manhattan Bagel Brand. The Einstein Bros. brand accounts for about 350 company-owned and 65 franchised or licensed locations.
