Flavorchem Corp., a provider of flavor and color product solutions for the food, beverage, and nutraceutical industries, has purchased Marnap Industries, Buffalo, N.Y. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Flavorchem’s product offerings in categories including confection, beverage and seasonings.
Marnap, founded in 1979, manufactures kosher certified food spices and flavors, oleoresins, essential oils as well as animal and pet food flavors.
