| INSTRUCTIONS: | |||
| Flatten dough on bench. Smear butter over dough. Sprinkle with garlic, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Pour eggs in middle of dough. Sprinkle with scallions and 3 lbs. cheddar cheese; fold dough together. Using a bench scraper, chop dough into small pieces. Scale dough into 1 lb. 4 ozs. pieces, flatten into parchment-lined 8-in. pans. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400°F until golden, about 25 minutes. Yields about 28 breads. | |||
