The company's new technical center will have two stories, with 9,800 sq. ft. of space on each floor. The center will house MGP Ingredients' research and development and technology staffs. Ladd Seaberg, MGP Ingredients' president and chief executive officer, said current R&D facilities are inadequate, and more space is needed to support the company's growth objectives. "The new technical center, in particular, will be a valuable asset in helping us strengthen our capabilities as an innovator of naturally-derived ingredient solutions for the marketplace," Seaberg said.
