Richard Aversa was named vice president of retail sales and national accounts at The Belshaw Adamatic Group, Auburn, Wash. Aversa most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing at Varimixer/Lincoln Smallwares. He had previously spent nine years as sales and general manager at the company, and prior to that, worked as a national account manager for the Hobart Corp.
Bosch Packaging Technology appointed Henk Hoogendoorn to national sales manager, Vertical Form Fill Seal. Hoogendoorn will be responsible for sales development and implementation for vertical packaging machinery with Bosch sales representatives and agents throughout North America.
Fritsch USA Inc., Cedar Grove, N.J., appointed Ken Schwenger sales manager-Americas. He will be responsible for managing all direct and dealer sales in Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico and parts of Central America. Schwenger has worked in the baking industry since 1986, with such ingredient companies as Lentz Milling Co., Caravan Ingredients and Puratos. More recently, he served as sales manager for Konig machines and for AZO Inc.
ENRECO®, Inc., Sheboygan Falls, Wis., a provider of flaxseed ingredients to the food and nutritional products industry, promoted Jackie Baughman to accounts manager. She joined the company in May, 2009 as sales support administrator.
James Kotek was appointed president and C.E.O. of Menasha Corp., Neenah, Wis. He served as president of ORBIS Corp., Oconomowoc, Wis., the Menasha’s second largest operating division, since 2004. Also, ORBIS Corp. named Mark Gorzek vice president of finance. Most recently, Gorzek was vice president and controller of Menasha. He joined the company in 2003 as Menasha’s director of financial reporting.
