Registration is now open for both American Society of Baking's BakingTech 2012 and MarketPlace 2012, which are to be held on March 4-7, 2012, at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.
The BakingTech 2012, titled "Rise Up: Community, Company, Industry, Self”, will feature keynote addresses from David Grossman, The Grossman Group; Dr. Paul White, psychologist, author and speaker; and Chef Klaus Tenbergen, Certified Master Baker and assistant professor at California State University, Fresno.
In addition, technical sessions will focus on topics such as old school ASBE, niche/products baking, engineering, market demographics, today's bakery, ingredients, safety/sanitation, and logistics/supply chain.
As an adjunct to BakingTech 2012, ASB also features MarketPlace where exhibitors can show off their products and network with other baking professionals.
