Rich Products Corp., Buffalo, N.Y., and the Grupo Bimbo S.A. de C.V., recently announced the formation of Fripan S.A. de C.V., a joint venture to manufacture and sell bakery specialties in frozen dough and fresh baked formats to in-store bakery and foodservice customers throughout Mexico, the United States and around the globe. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition to providing its frozen dough technology, Rich’s will work with Grupo Bimbo to leverage its extensive distribution network throughout North America and worldwide.
