Bakon's MTD 1-2-3 is a tabletop, all stainless steel melting tray designed for chocolate, icing, caramel and more. It holds one full-size standard pan, and the MTD 1-2-3 MINI holds two half-size pans. All parts are UL/NSF/CSA standard. The tray also can be used with the Bakon USA vibrating table.
The MTD 1-2-3 gently heats chocolate and provides accurate temperature control, preventing hot spots. The bottom and side heaters also keep down power consumption.
