Pour the melted marshmallows over the walnut/cereal mixture. With a spatula, stir and toss until well mixed. (Once the marshmallow mixture cools, you can coat your hands with nonstick cooking spray to mix with your hands.) The mixture will be sticky and stiff. Press it firmly into a sheet pan lined with parchment paper coated with nonstick spray. Cool to room temperature.
Melt chocolate morsels until smooth, then spread over the surface of the bars. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts, pressing them into the chocolate.
