The integrated MASTER energy saver for all Infra and Piccolo ovens, a standard feature of all MASTER computer controls, allows a baker to determine and set the maximum power consumption of the oven. The system is recommended wherever the power supply is barely sufficient. Integrated in the MASTER control is the KW-Kulator, which allows the user to minimize and control the total connected loads of the bakery in conjunction with the Wachtel WinServer software. All ovens, production machines and cooling equipment can be linked with the KW-Kulator system. This yields up to a 40% reduction of the total connected load, the company says.
