| INSTRUCTIONS: | |||
| Scale 2 lbs. dough per half sheet pan. Press and roll dough evenly into pans. Spread about 2 lbs. fruit evenly over dough. Crumble 1 1/2 lbs. remaining dough over fruit filling. Bake at 400 F until done, about 15-20 minutes. Cool and cut into squares or rectangles. Yields six half sheet pans. | |||
