Granulated sugar 3 12 Add. Using a paddle attachment, mix at 1st speed until crumbly. Fo not over mix

Butter/lemon/orange/vanilla flavoring 1
Pastry Flour 6 4 Add alternately, mixing at 1st speed until crumbly streusel texture forms.
Macaroon coconut 6 4
Fruit filling, any flavor 12

INSTRUCTIONS:

Scale 2 lbs. dough per half sheet pan. Press and roll dough evenly into pans. Spread about 2 lbs. fruit evenly over dough. Crumble 1 1/2 lbs. remaining dough over fruit filling. Bake at 400 F until done, about 15-20 minutes. Cool and cut into squares or rectangles. Yields six half sheet pans.
