Perfection Bakeries’ Coldwater facility celebrates 15-year anniversary

Perfection Bakeries Inc.’s Coldwater, Mich., facility celebrated its 15th anniversary of producing Aunt Millie’s hamburger and hot dog buns. The company operates two bakeries in Coldwater. Coldwater I opened in 1990 and Coldwater II opened in 1997.

Coldwater I has received various accolades in its 15 year existence. American Institute of Baking ranked the company Superior in sanitation for 15 consecutive years and Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers Restaurants named the company Supplier of the Year in 2003.

Perfection Bakeries is a family-owned company headquartered in Fort Wayne, Ind. The company operates seven bakeries in three states and produces bread and bakery foods throughout the United States, with primary distribution in the Midwest.
