The 2012 Atlantic Bakery Expo is expanding to include deli, prepared foods, salty snacks and cheese to increase the resources and product selection available to the baking, deli and prepared food segments.
The show, which takes place March 18-19 in Atlantic City, N.J., also will feature educational programs, demonstrations, seminars and hands-on classes. Topics include baking with alternative sweeteners, cake decorating technology, fondant and gum paste technique, pricing, photographing product and time management.
“The show’s expansion is designed to better meet the attendees’ need for new products and ideas to increase profits and to give exhibitors greater exposure to a broader array of buyers,” said George Delaney, president of the New Jersey Bakers Board of Trade, in a press release.
