Main Street Gourmet will receive the 2011 Healthy Ohio Healthy Worksite Gold Level award from the Ohio Department of Health, which recognizes employers that incorporate comprehensive worksite health promotion and wellness programs.
The manufacturer was chosen for its commitment to employee health through programs that encourage and support physical activity, better nutrition and the prevention or cessation of tobacco use.
Main Street Gourmet will receive the award as part of the Health Action Council Ohio Worksite awards in a ceremony on Jan. 31 in Columbus, Ohio.
