Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. has named Thomas Glowczewski as its president. He will succeed his father, Peter Glowczewski, who was appointed chairman of Tradition.
Since 2004, Glowczewski has overseen operations, IT, contract manufacturing and R&D at the company. Before joining Tradition full time, he earned his MBA at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, and his bachelor’s of science from the University of Toronto. While he was still in high school, Glowczewski spent his summers working as a line supervisor at Tradition.
Tradition Fine Foods produces thaw-and-sell, proof and bake and frozen sweetgoods for the contract manufacturing, private-label, retail and foodservice industries.
