The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) has announced the speaker lineup for Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013, which takes place June 2-4 in Orlando, Fla., at the Orange County Convention Center.
Once again, Dairy-Deli-Bake will host a high-profile lineup of speakers who offer a wide range of perspectives on such topics as politics, comedy, sports, business strategies, the impact of TV food shows, new technology, merchandising and consumer trends.
