Baking Management and Modern Baking are seeking nominations for several industry awards.
Baking Management’s Innovation Awards seeks nominations from the wholesale baking industry for three categories: Innovative Bakery of the Year, Innovative Finished Baked Product of the Year and Innovative Package of the Year. Nominations are welcome from those involved in the wholesale baking industry, including bakers, equipment suppliers, ingredient suppliers, distributors, brokers, foodservice operators and retailers. Wholesale bakers can nominate themselves.

Modern Baking seeks nominations for its Retail Bakery of the Year. Applicants will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service.
