S500 bread improver

Puratos has updated its S500 bread improver range with the addition of patent-pending enzyme technology. The range now can be used with more baked products, including crusty breads and whole meal.

The range improves bread volume and gives finer structure. It also allows you to add 1-3 percent more water without the dough becoming sticky. S500 has a shelf life of up to 12 months.
