Retail Bakery of the Year Application
Modern Baking seeks best retail bakery
Do you think you have one of the best retail bakeries in the nation? Submit your application for Modern Baking’s 2009 Retail Bakery of the Year by filling out the form below.
Applicants must be from the United States and will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service. The winner will be featured in Modern Baking magazine and will be recognized in front of their peers in Charlotte, N.C. during the American Retail Baking Expo (ARBE) 2009. ARBE will be held Oct. 18-20.
Past winners include Pasticceria Bruno, New York; Atwood’s Bakery, Alexandria, La.; Torrance Bakery, Torrance, Calif.; Porto’s Bakery, Glendale, Calif. and Cold Spring Bakery, Cold Spring, Minn. Applications for the 2009 Retail Bakery of the Year must be received by July 15.
