In-store Bakery Operation of the Year Application
Modern Baking is calling all in-store bakeries
With the success of the Retail Bakery of the Year, Modern Baking is introducing the In-store Bakery Operation of the Year. If you think you work for one of the best in-store bakeries in the nation or you know a company that you think qualifies, submit your application for Modern Baking’s In-store Bakery Operation of the Year by filling out the form below.
Applicants must be based in the United States and will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service. The winner will be featured in Modern Baking magazine and will be recognized in front of their peers in Anaheim, Calif., during the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Expo (IDDBA) 2011. IDDBA will be held June 5-7.

Do you have one of the best retail bakeries in the nation or would like to nominate someone who does? If so, submit your application for Modern Baking's 2012 Retail Bakery of the Year. Applicants will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service.
